Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE OF LESSON BY STUDENT The Student may cancel or reschedule a session 24 hours prior, in which case no tuition fees will be incurred. Sessions not attended by the Student without cancelation or rescheduling 24 hours prior shall be charged at full rate. CANCELLATION OF LESSONS BY TUTOR The Tutor may cancel the session by providing 12 to 24 hours prior notice to the Parent / Student, or less than 12 hours prior in case of force majeure, in which case no fees shall be incurred. Where a session was pre-paid, the Tutor shall reschedule the appointment at a time agreeable to both parties. If the appointment cannot be rescheduled, the Student shall be refunded with the corresponding missed session fee. LATE ARRIVAL Fees are calculated according to the times stipulated in the schedule, and no adjustment shall be made for time lost because of late arrival by the Student. Any lost time because of the late arrival of the Tutor shall be compensated for by extending a session by mutual agreement and by the amount of time lost.
